Helping Hands was established in 2007 by Kevin and Amanda Stewart. Kevin and Amanda are both fully qualified massage therapy, with Kevin specialising in Sports Therapists and Amanda specialising in Reiki and Therapeutic Massage. They are passionate about what they do and love healing people with their 'helping hands'; they see first hand the difference they make to their clients' well being and find their work very rewarding.
